At least he's getting a good view from his couch. Get well soon, Diggs.

If it ain’t Josh….it ain’t a real award….
Diggs was a cancer to the whole team last year
Diggs taking a digger.
I think about this every week
Hope he’s happy in Houston. Thanks for the memories. Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.
I think i’m confused.. Is Diggs saying that he’s responsible for Allen’s success this year?
Ngl that pic of Josh makes him look.dangerous.not in a good way 😂
success is the best revenge. I loved diggs so much and we owe him a lot for helping josh develop into the hero we needed. But it was time for him to go and the vibes are infinitely better this year. this is a team that’s having fun with each other again, and that’s awesome
I defended him until that drop against KC – once he was complaining but didn’t want to hold himself to a standard I wanted him gone
If he was complaining but making big time elite catches – I’d tolerate it, but he wasn’t.
I really really love the look of Stef’s career stats right now. People won’t remember his injury. They’ll remember his giant drop off after leaving Buffalo. I hope he never gets to 500 again.
Man I was so upset about Diggs leaving because I was drinking that diva kool aid But goddamn if I don’t love our receiving corps. Please keep Mack Hollins especially just for the memes
End of day while I think Allen is the MVP.
The voters might favor Jackson who has won it twice already and is having a better statistical year than both those times. Or Barkley who is the key to what Philly is doing.
Honestly I think diggs mentality didn’t work with the team. During the Hamlin incident in Cincinnati you saw him hyping up players to get motivated to get playing again, while both teams were talking about not finishing the game. That is the type of team that the Bills are, football is meant to be fun, not a task.
That being said, I think Diggs is a really good player and will do well for a long time on other teams, and I don’t wish him ill, but I’d prefer to be laughing about a cooper/Allen synergy and lose then to be hyper-focused on the win and not enjoying watching the game.
Josh is the MVP, and he clearly has worked really fucking hard to get here, but let’s stop pretending that diggs wasn’t an important piece in his development. And honestly I think a piece in the teams overall success. The bills have built a culture where the expectation is to win. The expectation is to have comebacks, or to beat good teams, to win in the playoffs. Diggs was an important part of that no fucking doubt. I’m fine with giving him that credit. The team outgrew him and he moved on.
I wish him nothing but success in ~~Dallas~~ Houston .
Tbf Josh does still have a top tier receiver with Khalil Shakir😎
It’s amazing how when we got an OC who didn’t kiss ass his production dropped and the team got exponentially better 🤷🏻♂️
I’ll always be grateful for what Diggs provided for the team, he was a great receiver here for four years, and he helped Josh become one of the best quarterbacks in the league, but we are past the point of needing to pay $30M a year for one receiver.
The second they shipped off Morse I stopped focusing on the Diggs thing (not telling you to, I don’t yuck anyone’s yum) because at that moment I knew that the changes weren’t about Diggs being a diva or cancer. It was about fully handing the team identity to Josh and Josh alone. No quasi-leaders and team dads in the locker room. Just Josh. I also knew it would work, but am pleasantly surprised at just how quickly that happened.
Unpopular opinion but I will still always love Diggs and while I agree the team is better off without him, he really was instrumental in Josh’s development.
From the time we fired Dorsey until present, we have changed the way this offense runs plays and the overall gameplan heading into each week. I think Diggs got the memo that he wouldn’t be getting as many looks and that just didn’t sit well with him. If he had been a team player he could be enjoying this success along with the rest of the team, instead he chose to flame out.
Something that struck me in the post game interview. Josh said “I threw a bad ball,” so he positioned himself to be able to stop a potential pick six.
That on the fly strategy and awareness is huge, Cooper being a veteran saw the opportunity. And the rest is history
I tried so hard to believe he wasn’t an issue but this season became abundantly clear that diggs was the cancer. The entire vibe had completely changed and the offense is running free. And for the guy to say Houston beating the bills meant the world to him in the locker room post game was laughable.

It’s so good because Josh is just the absolute clear MVP of this team and likely the league.
I mean i agree and get the post. Allen is definitely better off and doesn’t need diggs but the bills did just trade for Cooper. They themselves admitted at least a little there that they wanted a #1 WR even though He’s not really a #1 anymore. Want and need are also 2 different things too.
I don’t even know where I’m going with this anymore lol go bills
Who do you think should get the mvp if saquon hits 2k or even the record, or josh if you guys win out the rest of games?
He has talented receivers around him that he can spread the ball around and not rely on THE GUY every single throw and that’s what makes it different. Cooper didn’t bitch that the ball wasn’t thrown to him 12 times he’s been such a great addition. I think this year is going to be different
Also, this makes me feel twice as good about Amari Cooper. He is talented, a great route runner, seems happy to be in Buffalo and so far, has a pretty good chemistry with Josh. He is what I think of as a real professional. He’s had a little issue with drops while in Cleveland, but other than his first pass attempt with the Bills, there’s been no issues. Take a guy like Pickens, who is obviously younger and probably more talented, but definitely has the diva vibes.
Sure would have been nice if he caught a wide open ball in the playoffs

Was he essential for JA’s development? Yes. Was he essential to his continued success? No.
