15. Probably doesn’t make much difference bringing Neal back as the rest of the defense sucks. Bowles soft coverage is killing the Bucs, coupled with the lack of talent at OLB and CB, this team is screwed. Bringing Neal back is just more of the same garbage.

22. Seeing the name Ryan Neal makes me want to jump off a bridge. Things have gone from terrible (with Britt) to absolutely disgusting garbage with Neal. Injuries play a part, but this defense is not beating the Eagles and Lions again in January if guys like Neal or Merriweather are on the field.

29. Gotta be straight organizational malpractice. We’re making all these moves now when we could’ve been adding players weeks ago. Specifically at the CB position, 4 of our 6 losses were by one possession and either in the 2 minute drill or OT. Most of our defensive breakdowns in those losses are attributed to the poor CB play in the absence of Dean. And since we’re in the spirit of finally making moves, how come we didn’t pick Devin White up off waivers? He’s not good but nothing is worse than this and worse case scenario he adds depth to our depleted LB room. Lastly I believe the worst mishap was not signing Jamal Adam’s, who had his most successful seasons under Todd and has moved into the same exact role we’re signing Neal to play. Before I hear it, I know money doesn’t grow on trees, I know Devin White isn’t as good as he used to be, I know Jamaal Adam’s is incredibly injury prone. But we’ve had enough cap space to make these signings, still do but the players are just gone now. Anything is an upgrade from KJ Britt, Vi Jones, and JJ Russel, and if you’re going to make a signing for a nickel/ dime LB why drag your feet and wait for the best option to get snatched up and in turn sign one of the worst Bucs in recent memory WHO WILL MAKE THE SAME SALARY

30. Good moves Neal is going to play in the box on pass down in Dime package, he played lb last year so that helps with coverage on 3rd and long from lb spot, the hate is real and these players are playing hard for the man its crazy
