1. Sabonis scored team high points and not a single peep about him. The only times you even acknowledged that he was in the game was when you mentioned his pass to Keegan and then listed players playing time. You would think he scored like 2 points instead of 27. Odd.

3. There's a LOT of HOU fans mad and said the refs gave the Kings the win. Quite a few things here: #1. HOU had 1 more FTA than SAC #2 HOU had only 3 more PFs than SAC #3 Fox, the 2nd leading scorer in the Assoc drew ZERO fouls #4 When Udoka & Sengun got ejected over the Sabonis no-call, HOU was down by FIFTEEN , the biggest lead of the game with around two minutes left

   When Kerr was pissed earlier about that no-timeouts/no-tech call, that's understandable: they were down by 4, so there was a def chance to win. But there is absolutely no f**king way that bad calls gets your team down by 15 that late. That's like, what, at least a -7 bad call swing? FOH

4. Good and very important win, especially for player confidence. One thing the guy on insiders picked on was that the Kings were favourites for this game according to all the bookies, although all Sactown media and fans had them as big time underdogs, how did this happen and how are the bookies right? Officiating was favourable for the Kings, but it is a match up thing, is it the media overdramatizing? Sabonis was great!

10. In a weird way, I wonder if Huerter coming off as the "sixth man" will boost his confidence. There is no shame in losing a starting rotation spot to Monk and we all know how much Mike Brown values the sixth man role. It simultaneously gives Huerter a place to focus and know how he can contribute while taking off the pressure to be a starter.

12. Great win to stop a slide. Isaac jones energy and athleticism is so needed. A finisher above the rim AKA lob threat. Red velvet as a 6th man with ellis, issac, jae/lyles, len/robinson is a solid bench IMO. If coach plays ppl at their natural positions lmao.

13. We got the W, however the defense still was leaving open 3s. Too much help and collapsing the paint leaves corner and wing 3s too open. IDK if its a quasi zone scheme or just cheating on the weak side leaving your man; but gah 3 is more than 2.

14. Isaac jones has dunked over wemby, blocked steven adams, and done a few other things that make me think keegan should be at 3, and isaac at 4/5 with sabonis. Let sabonis shoot those open 3s cuz teams don't wanna guard him; he can make em so let him.

15. I would love to see the Kings be like the Mavs of last year and make a trade or two at deadline and come on strong in the second half of the season.

16. Kings didn't fight for $hit… The Refs fought for them. The refs were so bad in this game and clearly The Rockets are the better team but if you need to help a team win don't be so obvious.

    Rockets are going to destroy the Kings next match up.

17. Keegan is a role player yup. He's literally the 5th option. Fox, monk, derozan, sabonis, keegan. So lets not beat dude up for not scoring 25 every night.

18. Jae crowder did a lot. He is the reason jabari or dillon the villain didn't try anything more than they did. Always need an enforcer presence.

19. Moving Monk into the starting 5 and making him the primary facilitator is way overdue. I love Fox, but he's sloppy with his passing. Too many turnovers from him. Monk is much more crisp with his facilitation, especially in pnr situations with Sabonis.

20. What I really like about this game was the amount of open 3s the Kings gave up. For once, the opposing team weren't given a lot of open 3s. Yes there were some, but not as many as in other games. Also, the Kings did a great job of fighting through screens and not switching on weak screens.
