Julius Randle contributed a team-high 20 points to go with 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 three pointers, while Anthony Edwards added 16 points (5-14 FG, 4-9 3P) and 6 rebounds in the game. Bones Hyland finished with a team-high 18 points, including 5 three pointers for the Clippers in the losing effort. The Timberwolves improve their record to 11-10 with the win, while the Clippers fall to 14-10 for the season. The Clippers’ next game is Sunday, 12/8/2024, against the Rockets at home (9:00 PM ET, FanDuel Sports Network – SoCal/Space City Home Network), while the Timberwolves continue their road trip on Friday, 12/6/2024, when they face the Warriors (10:00 PM ET, ESPN).

  2. Bones Hyland was the only Clipper who played well for the Clippers tonight, but the problem is he came off the bench and did his damage. Nobody in the Clippers starting lineup was effective against Minnesota's stifling defense.

  15. Wolves D stifled Harden and left him with a 3 and 2 free throws. Wolves collapsed and played great help defense all night, even Randle! Rudy getting arms in the passing lanes on lazy passes started us off with 2 easy steals

  20. Minnesota's defense is BACK. Dear Lord i was waiting for this. They need their identity. They don't need to be trying to score 130+ points a night. They gonna go on a run if they keep up the DEFENSE.

  23. 🚢. . . The Clippers are sinking. The Clippers are taking on water. The Clippers are shipwrecked. The Clippers have capsized. For a team named after ships, it's weird announcers never use sailing euphemisms.

  24. Did Clippers miss their morning coffee or something? That game was so easy for the Wolfs that it was boring to watch. Even the commentators said " trying to add excitement to this game" lol

  35. In two consecutive games the wolves have held their opponents to 80 points. That's the league low across all teams for this season. I do not believe the wolves held an opponent to 80 points all of last season. Keep in mind that this includes significant minutes with the benches empty.
