9. I back him. Not the Taylor Swift loving NFL. The game fixing and dirty refereeing organization it has became. They could have just given him a 2 or 1 game ban and not looked suspicious. 12. Nice analysis Cody! The NFL absolutely targeted Al Shaair. I like many other Texans fans will be closely monitoring late hits on QBs the rest of this year and beyond. There is no fairness, no balance, no consistency with how the NFL fines or suspends players. It’s as if the NFL hits low with those teams and players they don’t like and and then smiles with their favorites. So be it. Caserio, Ryans know this and will use it for motivation just like the Raiders did when they had players like Gene Upshaw, Jack Tatum, Marcus Allen, and Howie Long. The Texans will find another level of tough demeanor and I for one can’t wait to see it. GO CODY!

14. I think the suspension should’ve been one game for the antics after the hit. He was already punished for the hit when he was ejected forget remainder of the game. To be punished twice for a hit where there is video evidence he made contact with the chest before the head is ridiculous

15. Texans should own the villain role at this point. if they somehow win the super bowl, They’d prevent the Chiefs from 3-peat, Bills from finally getting their ring, Lions from their dream season.

22. Continues to show the league as a whole doesn’t like or respect the Texans. This is the reason why I’m not a big time football fan anymore. I hardly ever watch other teams play, just my Texans. Back in the day I use to try to watch as many games as I could.

    He is a casualty of a bad sliding rule put in place by the NFL that quarterbacks take advantage of by knowingly putting defensive players in a no win situation
    NFL is avoiding any blame by scapegoating Azeez

26. Azizz is a serial offender on these late hits. Did it for the Titans and for the 49ers before that. He's a nice, articulate guy, so maybe that's why he gets a pass from some quarters. But make no mistake, it was no accident or oversight and he totally deserves the suspension and fine.
