19. You can't blame Billups. This blazers team isn't good. They need to get some ex blazers players back so we can have a better and consistent winning team. Players could include Scottie Pippen, Rasheed Wallace, Steve Smith, Bonzi Wells, Jermaine O'Neal, Robin Lopez, Joel Przybilla, Martell Webster, Meyers Leonard, Gerald Wallace, Raymond Felton, Travis Outlaw, Marcus Camby, Darius Miles, Steve Blake, Andre Miller

25. Historically, the Blazers always underperform against the poorest team in the NBA. It doesn't matter who the players are. Who the coach is. It's something in the water the trainers give them or something. They ALWAYS seem to be unable to crush the worst team in the league, regardless of how good they actually/potentially are. I'm not even sure a change in ownership would fix everythiing…wait. Sorry, no that'd at least take the team in a marginally different direction. Just a question of the new owner's competency.
