  1. Ohtani’s postseason performance:

Heroically saved the Dodgers from getting swept by the Padres with his massive clutch 3-run homer in the NLDS, having an outstanding NLCS performance with a 1.184 OPS, .364 AVG, .818 with RISP, leading with 9 runs, reaching the bases 17 TIMES, and of course, he massively contributed to Game 1 of the World Series with his series-changing clutch double in the 8th inning that led to Freddie's grand slam, dealing a blow to the Yankees' morale. But of course, let’s conveniently ignore Ohtani getting injured in game 2 with a shoulder dislocation and just parrot "Ohtani did nothing in the postseason DURRR".

In fact, his postseason stats before he got injured were 934 OPS, .286 AVG, .434 OPB, .500 SLG. You can tell these casuals in the comment section only watch highlights

  2. My Cleveland bias is about to kick in, but when Kerry Carpenter has ONE good at-bat, and from a pinch hit scenario, maybe DON'T rank him higher than Lane Thomas, who was consistent the entire way and whose grand slam off Skubal counted for a lil bit more. Just saying!
