  1. Holy geez,

This head coach haves like his beloved dog just ran in front of a cement truck.

Have you ever seen a more sombre Tortorella?

This guy is under ENORMOUS pressure. If Sam and Jamie play poorly it could be his last game as NHL coach

  2. Charlie asks good questions.
Proof is in this interview. Torts basically gives one word answers to everyone. He goes deep into detail with his responses to Charlie. Keep it up Chuck!

  3. It is a post game.

He's already been fired and knows it.

There is no #1 goaltender on this team and Drysdale is a beer league player.

So he's just waiting for his pink slip. Thats why he made smart remarks about diving in the NHL.

    Revenge.

  4. I think people forget Drysdale has struggled with injuries and is also super young. He will get there… he may be a late bloomer but that kid needs to stay a Flyer. Don't rush him. We ain't winning the cup this year anyways. Playoffs possible… but cup win…?

  5. I have not watched much of th Flyers but when I check them out it seems they are simply struggling in an area I see most players struggle and that is shooting the darn puck.IDK what is going through NHL players heads too many seem to just want to hang out in their own little safe 5 ft radius and hope some perfect pass comes to them and an empty net to shoot at.
When I played 30+ years ago you never had o tell me to shoot my own players would often put their arms up to protect their head becuase they knew I was rifling it and high under the cross bar I never gave goalies easy saves by shoveling shots into their pads.
It is VERY simple everyone needs to be on the same page get shots to the net and bodies to the net NOBODY should be hanging out off to the side waiting get to the net and make things happen.
I know Tippet can rifle it he should be getting 3 shots/gm average when others see the puck go to Owen or Mitchkov they should all begin converging on the net for deflections and rebounds causing a screen making it difficult for the goalie and worse case scenario maybe draw a penalty.
