Smart Juan & over 300 mil more than the Nats 15/440!
Almost a billion dollars to play baseball n to a terrible franchise is insane. Canβt be mad thou.
This guy is not worth half of 765mil. I didn't care how much he got i just didn't want him in my team. Thank you Mets!
He really gonna play till he 41 tho
Soto you better appreciate the United States giving you a chance to succeed so you don;t have to plant bananas and sugar canes on Hispaniola.
It was about the money the whole time. Imagine going to the World Series and then selling out immediately after. Heβs not even good in right field. Greed like this is the reason ordinary families canβt go to see the ball games anymore.
Juan Soto REPORTEDLY signed a 15-year deal with the Mets, $765M contract, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!π³
In my opinion it was backfired making more money than Ohtani like what in the world is going on right now?π²
1.not ohtani money
2.not beating the dodgers still
NOT WRONG
La verdad que soto haga lo que quiera π π π
Pete Alonso: I thought we had something special π₯²
Average batting average with slow feet and poor defense
Crazy deal
I rarely comment, but this has to be said. As a Giants fan whos team was never going to get him, ya'll need to grow up in the comments. Ya'll are are just mad that your team didn't get him. Now is it an overpay? yes it absolutely is, but Juan Soto is an amazing player. Plus ya'll are just hating because its a trend to just hate anything the Mets do, no matter how positive it is. It been that way for years. #LOLMETS is a thing for a reason.
Soto got a very huge payday.
It's hard to believe that such a non-star player received the largest contract in American sports history.
I am more of a Yankees fan, but I have loved Soto since the start of his career
Honestly, as a Yankees fan, I feel betrayed. However, he deserves to be on a team that will pay him the the money he wants (though they may have overpaid) and the team that he can have fun with, unlike the Yankees (I will miss the Soto Shuffle and Soto-Judge handshake)
LETS GO METS BABY!!!!πΉπΈπΉπΈ
Ainβt no way this guy gets Otani money bro is not even worth 500 million

Juan Soto is the most overrated player ever, the guy is just one dimentional, absolutely no speed or defense, no range in the outfield and a terrible baserunner, also not a mega superstar that can generate revenue and marketing.
So glad he got more than Shohei
Super happy for Juan Soto! I'm not saying he deserved this contract, BUT it doesnβt mean that we can't be happy for him! Hopefully he lives up to this contract. β€ from SD.
Sad ball knowledge in the comments πππ

Alot of tacos and jelopena the migrant player can buy now.
Even as a hitter Ohtani is a better offensive player and hitter then Soto, and baserunning Soto stole 6 bases caught 4 times, Ohtani stole 59 bases caught 4 times.
Not only is Juan Soto an incredible hitter, but this sets a new standard for contract values in baseball. The league has a bright future if teams continue spending money for superstar talent like this
Lets go New York Mets Baseball βΎβοΈπΊπ²β€οΈ
Why do they keep lying about his defense?
π When did a player become known as a great hitter with a .288 average, Ohtani hit .310 and Judge .322, they are great hitters, Soto is a good hitter and the most overrated player.
So happy the Dodgets did'nt get him, Juan Soto will only distrupt the chemistry on the team with his sour attitude, the Mets got anoher Javier Biaz π
