This is what happens when You're the GM of at team who has a well balanced mid team overperforming and You getting fooled by that to pursue player as cards rather than looking at acutal fit and roster construction.
A true 1 C and a replacement for Mactruck on the backend, a depth forwatd or two with a solid 200 fot game and this team would have been fine. Instead You get a Stamkos who just feasted on playing PP with Kuch in Tampa and Marchy coming of a career year to just basically hamper Forsbergs role and then the sexy name in Skjei on D.
Horrible roster construction by Trotz.

For a team that is designed to tank so we can keep our 1st round draft pick, we are winning too many games. Especially against teams that we could easily finish behind if we weren't so eager to prove we aren't as bad as we really are.
