Jazz TANKING For Cooper Flagg

The Gil’s Arena crew examines if the Utah Jazz are tanking for Cooper Flagg. Are they making it to obvious ask Josiah Johnson of the Gil’s Arena podcast crew. Cooper Flagg might be the number 1 overall lottery pick but it won’t be because they choose to lose all the games this season. The Jazz are just the last-place team in the Western Conference regardless if they try or not.

  7. Jazz, is still as good. They were #3 to Champ Warriors vs Sun's. As 15games before #4 Denver. Jazz very tall guys. Also everyone can score. #23, 00, 2, 3, 20, 24, few others….. plus new co owner, lebron teammate. Luuuckyyy

  9. why should bad teams be rewarded with higher picks. good talents go to these teams and can't perform because the team is bad. the teams who finish high must get higher picks. that's how u eliminate tanking

  27. Not as obvious as when San Antonio tanked for Timmy. Never forget David Robinson scored 71 points in the last game of the season to keep Shaq from getting the scoring title his rookie year.

  28. Cooper Flagg ain't even worth Tanking for…….Smh this generation is cooked. Hes not even a generational talent. He is a save a lot version of Kevin Love, minus the rebounds and High % mid range. He needs more development.

Nah the jazz acceptable the wizards im not buying tht bs… they got HELLA decent PLAYERS poole, kuzma, valcunias, sarr, brogdon, sadiq bey, kispert, bagley, etc there is NO EXCUSE to be 2-17 😒 nd watch they ahh still not get #1 pick ngl all teams should be put in a lottery for the top 5 picks stop forcing these kids to go to bs franchises tht will never go nowhere nd waste these kids first 7-8 years in the league cuz 99% gon sign tht rookie max extension… lets kill the tanking agenda make all teams compete no matter what

  30. They suck because they are basically a retirement home for players who shouldn’t have a spot in the league and their best player is Lauri Markkanen. Even their players don’t want to live in Utah

  32. Similar roster was vying for a play-in spot in the West 2 years ago. Jazz could play a veteran starting 5 and instead choose to start Keyonte George, DNP Markkanen and Clarkson, and play several rookies for 20 minutes a game. Its a blatant tank job if I’ve seen one

  33. They have 2 first round draft picks this year and next year then in 2027 they have 4 first round draft picks…even if they only hit on half thats 4 good players…its the same thing OKC has done with what they got for PG and Russ…Utah will be ok

  36. Well Cooper Flag is not that special he won't change nothing in Utah. If Cooper get drafted to a team with a solid #1 & #2 then he will shine as a great #3 could be a great #2 but he is definitely not a #1 option player so tanking for him is just a waste of time
