  8. It ain’t right and doesn’t make sense Coach AP wasn’t given his own GM. His own QB. When you hire a new head coach they usually come in pairs along with the GM. AP set up to fail.

  19. Y'all bashing AP. His first year and y'all want him fired. Dan Campbell screwed up his first year it was super super terrible. And where they at now. They believed in themselves. They just didn't quit on the coach.

  20. It's funny how everyone treats AP like it's MY MONEY AND I WANTED NOW. Could this season have been better? Yes, however, we have been falling/failing for years, but if you keep it a buck, this feels different. Let AP settle and watch how the NATION BATTLE!

  23. So when Reggie McKenzie drafted Mack and Carr it was seen as nothing, “they fell right into his lap”. But with Telesco it’s “he’s a genius”… never mind Minshew or the fact that many of these guys are AP type players. We’ll see, watch after AP’s gone. Telesco (and Getsy) clearly sabotaged AP removing JJ then forcing Minshew over AOC. But naw, blame the Black dude… again.

  24. AP should still be the Head Coach going forward, at least for now. He's setting the right culture for the team and has a vision of what the Raiders should be. As Raiders fans we also know Telesco's biggest flaw for the Chargers was picking head coaches. I think if we get AP proper coordinator support then we can see a very quick turnaround to what we've seen Detroit do with Dan Campbell. If players buy in we'll see success, just have to be patient for a little longer. It's been 23 years, what's one more?

  25. Mark Davis only gave him a two year deal for a reason. He knew they would assess him again after this season and if he did well they’d bring him back but if he regressed then he’s only owed one more year and will be fired. He’s horrible and the team has regressed. He makes poor decisions week after week and his clock management is atrocious at best, it’s been dysfunctional since the start of the season and that’s on him. Why was Marvin Lewis and Tom Coughlin brought in to help him? It hasn’t helped obviously

  34. For AP it's not about the $$ it's about the impact of the shield on the grass, you can tell by his consist personality from start season to now, "Keep, rebuild, results follow raiders need consistency in their leadership

  37. Man so many so called fans in here want to settle for mediocrity on a dude who’s shown nothing but regression in the team as a HC, worse head coach since Dennis Allen in 2014, even Art Shell 2006
