Where does the Polar Bear call home next season?

  1. Would rather have him on the Tigers than Goldschmidt who was being discussed as a possible signing.

  2. I’d love to see how his bat plays at Fenway. Would be a nice complement to Devers. Assuming Yoshida got moved.

A 3-4-5 of Devers Alonso and Casas would be pretty formidable

  3. Twins new ownership brings in fan favorite power hitting first baseman to shore up infield. Polar Bear is already suited to playing in MN.

  4. Marlins so we can trade him to the Yankees for another washing machine! *chugs rye whiskey* woooooeeeee! 🖕

  5. If he becomes a Yankee I’m calling him Peter. I’m not calling him the fucking polar bear!

  6. Shades of Dave Kingman and Mark Reynolds, without the Defense! Just Shwarber of NY… he’s not a hitter or a baseball player, just a swinger… and that’s it… it works when it works, but it also is what it is…

  7. It’s funny how basically every single team is mentioned and people say it “makes sense” and “he fits there” as if there’s any team in the league that a first baseman averaging 46 home runs would not be desirable.

  8. He’s not raked. He’s 30 and has a 19.8 war. His career batting average is .249. He’s just not worth what he and his agent thinks he is.

Winning home run derbys doesn’t mean shit.
