Blues announce they’ve assigned Kessel to Thunderbirds AHL.

The blues were gonna have to send one d man through waivers when someone came back healthy. Kessel was getting close to the max # of games where he’d have to go through waivers. Making this move now lets us keep Kessel and also gives him more time to develop in the A. I’ve liked his game at times, but I think we can all agree he needs more seasoning.
Was he not playing very well?
So Perunovich-Suter 3rd pair?
They signed a vet from Anaheim to take his place I think
