The Ravens got off to a great start today against the Giants, but it didn’t last long.
Justice Hill returned the opening kickoff 61 yards, setting up the Ravens in Giants territory to start the game.
But on the Ravens’ second offensive play, Lamar Jackson got the ball stripped out of his hands at the end of a 15-yard run, and the Giants recovered.
Unfortunately for the home team, the Giants went three-and-out on their first drive.
The Ravens closed as 16.5 or 17-point favorites today, the biggest spread in this NFL season. As long as Jackson avoids the turnovers, they should roll.
