  1. Fuck. I generally hate everything, but I really hate losing to Vegas. We’re kind of going through a prejanuary rough patch, and I know January is going to be rough because it always is, but hopefully the boys can pull it together and fight through these injuries. No worries.

Love y’all, have a great week.

  2. Sort of crazy were only given 1 PP with 50 seconds left in the game. Not that, let’s be honest, it would’ve mattered but it’s the principal.

  3. The loss sucks but that was an entertaining game all around. Not happy with the result but happy with pretty much everyone on the Wild.

Wally played poised and played great, didn’t let any stinkers in

Dermott looks good. He’s definitely better than okay, and that’s extra promising based on how little time he’s had to understand our system. I prefer him over Merrill already

  4. This team has 0 scorers not from Novokuzetsk, Russia

It’s so defeating when you have the hottest player on the planet and a bunch of guys who couldn’t hit the net if it was 30 feet wide

  5. We need someone else on the team besides Ek who can stand in front of the net. I can’t wait until he’s back in the lineup. And by that I mean we literally can’t wait until he’s back, someone needs to step up. Lots of great chances but very few gritty chances this game.

It was a fun game to watch though. It’s fucking great to have Brodin back. On to the next.

  6. Great start to the season, but they haven’t been able to beat the top 5 teams in the west for a season-and-a-half.

Still have 4 against Colorado, 3 against Dallas, 2 against Vegas, 1 against LA, and 1 against Winnipeg. Only 1 point so far against any of them in 6 games…

  7. Hard fought game that unfortunately ended in a loss. Wally really settled in after looking a little shaky early.

Ek moves the needle that game. It’s disappointing and discouraging that the Wild can’t seem to get over the hump of beating top Western teams but they are right there. Just need to get healthy, tune up the PK and keep rolling.

  8. Our lack of depth due to injury is exposed by these playoff caliber teams.

Tough loss but into the next one.

  9. Solid Wally game. Good energy from the Wild especially on a back to back. Wish they had put more shots on Ilya because he can crumble. Hope they get Ws vs these teams on the next go-around.
