Obviously they didn’t expect 10+ min drive to end the game; but giving up a long drive to reduce the chance of getting 2 more possessions (which they needed) was a very real and likely outcome
I read somewhere the Steelers only had like two or three possessions in the entire second half, so I’d imagine it’s because they got man-handled.
Tomlin coached a great game, both the offense and defense made adjustments, his defense made getting a passing and run game going difficult, and he continues to wear the crown as the King of ‘make you win ugly’.

Him telling the ref “man get the fuck out of my face” was top tier stuff
Man he made some really boneheaded decisions in that game. Not putting the eagles in 1st and 30, not going for it on that 4th down…just really stupid calls
My wife said Tomlin looked like he has jaundice on that last drive. This was about 15 minutes after she said Siriani looks like he does coke. Both of which are pretty accurate statements.
Siriani and his former assistants are 5-0 against the Steelers.
