1. I’d never use this argument to my Eagle fan friends, but the fact that we were in it at the end, well before Najee fumbled is a testament to our mental toughness.
   Makes you feel good to know we aren’t TOO far off from beating these teams.

2. Well i will say thay two mistake certainly cost them the game and ability to keep it close however, steelers had no answer for them on defense. They simply could not get off the field on 3rd down. Time of possession showed that. Was very frustrating to watch actually. Eagles moved the ball and seemed to not snap until the clock was under 10 every down. Hadnt seen anyone do that against the steelers yet.

   If i had to guess itll be Bills and eagles/lions in the SB.

3. You called it with those pitch backs. That was a big mistake that killed the momentum of the game

4. Keep saying it, this defense is garbage!!! 🗑️ They rely on the pass rush. And if the pass rush isn't eating, then they have nothing. The secondary is top 3 worst in football. Open receivers everywhere!! Can't tackle!! Can't stop the run!!! Can't get off the field on 3rd down!!!! It can be 3rd and 20 and we still allow the opposing offense to convert!! That happened tonight!!! Teryl Austin needs gone. As well as the secondary coach. Look at the time of possession tonight!! How in the world can people keep saying this defense is elite!?!!!?!!!? It's a joke and we'll be one and done in the playoffs for it, because our offense does us no favors because they can't score in the Red zone!! 2 forced fumbles on the eagles side of the field today and we come up with 3 points off those turnovers!!

6. I don’t think anyone is surprised we lost to the Eagles. I’m certainly not. Philly was just better in virtually all aspects of the game. They didn’t look great against Carolina because they were probably saving it up for the Steelers, just like every team in the NFL does. Regardless, now it’s all about rebounding for this Saturday’s game.

We’re not good enough to contend for a Super Bowl, we were never good enough to contend for a Super Bowl, and I think DKs reaction showed that as well. We were supposed to be last in the division, and we clinched a playoff spot, and have a real expectation to win a playoff game for the first time in years. Enjoy it. 15. We need to draft a back and another deep threat. Harris isn’t the guy. I like him but he can’t hit the holes quick enough. They don’t stay open long in the NFL.

20. In my opinion, I've felt that this team's ceiling is the conference title game. I feel if they play well enough, they can reach this game and be competitive. Last night, they showed that they have the talent to gain chunk plays, but they also showed they can't do it consistently enough to have their way with an opponent. The Steelers are better than they have been in years, but they're not true super bowl contenders. I'm just thankful that we have a team that looks capable of making the playoffs and winning a game, unlike the hot mess that trotted out onto the field in the past. It wasn't a complete train wreck last night and there a few positives to gain from it.

21. It literally looks like there is not a set of scripted plays to the start the game with the Steelers. The Eagles came out and broke tendency by passing 3 consecutive times to open the game and had a lot of success. Steelers waste the first two drives of every game by running up the middle with no success and then trying to get a first down on 3rd and long – it’s the same thing every week. Very weak play calling to start, have some self awareness.

I like DKs take on this game I just knew he was going to rip Najee A new one lol not to mention the defense but at the end of the day he is right this was an Elite team with something to prove about there passing game that the Steelers went up against and yes they lost but it wasn’t because they are so inferior to the Eagles like Dk said this team is on the rise they will learn from this game and keep going are they better than the Eagles right now no but there going to get there even if not this year this team is getting closer and closer to what we want to see

23. There are a lot of doomers here. We lost by 14 points. This wasn't a blowout. The Eagles just ate up the clock, leaving the Steelers no time to rally. Were there mistakes? Definitely. Does the offense need to improve in the first half to sustain success? Certainty. This season isn't even close to over like most of you are overreacting to. We lost to the best team in the NFL by 14. I'm not gonna be mad about that at all. Besides, every Yinzer knows we don't win in Philly.

24. The Steelers play down to competition… and then they play the upper echelons of the league and get destroyed …. Been that way since 2011 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

25. I didn’t like this at all. The Steeler DBs are playing too far off. They’re giving up half the field , 1st downs easy . The Steeler WRs were covered and couldn’t get open . Eagles WRs were wide open , all alone . It was like night & day. Steelers have one star WR. And when he’s not in there , it’s amateur hour. Russ has no help

26. People we lost, it happens. At the beginning of camp if I told you would you be happy with 10-4 in the playoffs with 3 games left you all would take it so please stop with the complaints

30. Do some of you really think the team has to go 17-0 every season? I had this team at 11-6 and so far they exceeded my expectations

31. Without Pickett, Steelers were outclassed.

32. The Steelers are a quarterback like Big Ben and a running back like LeVon Bell away from being a complete team. Don’t get me wrong Wilson and Harris are ok for now but not for the long run. Get a quarterback a 6’5” quarterback who can see over the line to throw passes and run and a running back like LeVon Bell who can get five yards out of nothing. Then the Steelers will be a complete team.

34. Ray Charles can see the dam pitch plays don’t work! I also can respect what cordarrelle paterson did in the past but dammit I don’t want to see him in the backfield when we have Warren!

37. Our WR roster is kinda of a joke! Yes we got George Pickens, and I would say Mike Williams is probably the next best go to guy. And Calvin Austin is okay as a slot guy. But Vance Jefferson and number 15 and the number 13 these guys aren't scaring anybody. Mike Tomlin is dead wrong when he says he doesn't have a true number two. He's hurting the team with that kind of philosophy. Give Mike Williams a chance for damn sake throw the ball to him five times a game!

38. N. Harris lacks speed, He's always starting 10 yards back in from the line of scrimmage. Stupid

39. They played like total crap. What are u smoking?. Defense played like shit. Offense was atrocious. They got their butts kicked and the score didn't indicate how bad it was..11 offensive plays in the second half?.they don't stack up well is the answer. Stop sugarcoating it.

40. Eagles 401 yards.. Steelers 163 yards… the game was never close.. The Eagles toyed with us.

41. The only thing I learned during this game was how valuable Andy Weidl is to a franchise.
