This is just speculation
Interesting potential. Since Bane can’t hit 3s this year…
Should be a low risk move. My pref would be showing interest publicly here is a setup for another move but who knows
ah another day where evan sidery is posted as news, his tweets should be auto-removed
Wouldn’t mind him as a small ball 5 and could run some 4 next to Clarke/Edey in non Jaren minutes
Kennard + a 2nd works I think
Ok. Hear me out on this one….
MEM: DFS
BKN: Kennard, Laravia, ’25 FRP and possibly even some second/s or a swap of ’26 FRP (whichever BKN prefers, prob second/s
So reasoning for this beside the obvious or getting DFS for expiring Kennard which BKN would like.
Both teams stay under the tax
Moving Laravia removes the restrictions we have in the upcoming off-season. We would be able to offer him whatever just like the other 28 teams out there. BKN would be the ones with the restrictions. This is my reason for the extra draft capital.
We would also open up a roster spot if we wanted to do more trading or sign someone off waivers or whatever. Or even add Cam on another amazing contract.
Thoughts on this idea?
Straight up trade for bane get that bum off the team
When I want the latest on the NBA and well, sports in general, I always go to Forbes.
