When you go into a season with R. Jones and Eichenburg as your starting OG’s you deserve to lose your job. Eichenburg looks like he’s playing on roller skates. He’s incapable of anchoring down and run/pass blocking. Jones is nothing more than a backup player in the NFL. He’s shown me absolutely nothing to indicate he’s a starter. Grier has failed miserably! He has to lose his job. Only 7 of his 32 picks are currently on this team and quite a few of them haven’t contributed a f**** thing to this team the entire time they’ve been here.
Tua is turning into a dink and dunk QB. A majority of his passes are screen passes or passes underneath in the middle. Tyreek is constantly back peddling and turning around to catch the ball when he underthrows it down the sideline. Nobody blames the Oline when Tua is throwing 250+ yards against bum defenses. I don't want to hear excuses about the Oline when Tua throws 3 INTs against good teams and can't move the ball down the field. Good defense's expose Tua's spot throwing. Having a good Oline or a bad one wouldn't matter. He can't adjust fast enough on the fly when the first read is taken away. That's why he's throwing 80% screen passes. He's never going to win big games if he can't adjust. He's the leader of the offense. If he can't overcome team injuries like every other team has to face and still be productive at the end of the season then the Dolphins will never be contenders with Tua as the Franchise QB. It's getting exhausting when the results and the excuses as to why he can't do it are always the same.
I think you have a Tyreek problem too: $30 million for sub-1000 yards and 5 TD’s is wild. $6 million per touchdown is crazy as hell. Tear it all down.

I think the Notion of Dolphins have all these weapons 😂😂 Hill and Waddle Is the most overrated thing in the league…You have fast speedy short WR's but that's it.. Hill is the most limited #1 WR and never shows up in big games. Shocker….He is small and has a small catch radius when u get closer to the end zone or contested balls……..Waddle is always dinged up and can't catch and has ZERO breakaway speed…….Jonu Smith is an average TE…Look at his last 7 years production. So now with TUA suddenly he's an elite TE . He is good but I don't recall a 2 year 8 Million journeyman being an elite TE…….Achane is not even a Top10-15 RB he was a 3rd round pick for a reason..He is a scat back tweener that catches passes out of the backfield and wright has not done anything impressive this season and all we hear is how explosive wright is…Monstert is on his last legs..
