Actually so proud of him, he’s my mom’s favourite LOL
He really is the definition of a player you absolutely hated playing against during the playoffs to quickly becoming a fan favourite when they’re in your team.
Ngl. If I was in his position Id be fucking sobbing and would have it chirped at me for the rest of my career. Fuckin champion this guy.
Kiefer deserves that and so much more. He’s really found his footing with the Canucks. Love to see it.

In the arena they showed him on the TV during a stoppage and the crowd started to cheer, when he realized why he got a big grin going.
I ran into Barry trotz this summer and asked about Sherwood. He went “if he plays like a rat, you’re going to love him”

I would sob like a baby if I heard 20k people chanting my name after a hat trick. How did this guy hold it together? Sherwood built different
Love this kid, and so grateful we signed him.
The Canucks top 3 goal scorers this season (Jake Debrusk, Pius Suter and now Kiefer Sherwood) are all UFA signings.
49 out of our total of 96 goals have been scored by our UFA signings (51%).
Our team MVP not named Quinn Hughes has been a UFA signings (Lankinen).
Our UFA signings were destroying this organization pervious to this management regime. Now, it’s the complete opposite.
I was super disappointed when they didn’t have Sherwood jersey available for sale. Last time I was there in November. Hopefully next time I’m in town they have some.

I was starting to get annoyed at the beginning of the game because tocchet moved him down to the third line in recent games.. but I quickly felt happy when he scored. That shorty with him outskating Makar was such a beauty !
This is the kind of player we need to lock up for the rest of his career. If he scores 20 this year and next year is doing well they should extend him 4-5 years at a decent cap hit.
PS: no I’m not being reactionary, I could see it from the very first shift as a Canuck the dude is a high motor freak.
Sherwood is just a chill guy getting hattrick
He reminds me of Martin Gelinas and I mean that as a high compliment, Gelinas is one of my all-time favourite Canucks. Fuck Keenan.
Kiefer plays with so much heart & passion. Leading the league in hits, having arguably the best year of his career. Love the guy

The only thing I hate about Sherwood is that his contract is so short.
