I’VE HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE, AND I OWE IT ALL TO YOU!!!
No doubt, it is somehow connected to Wednesday practices.

I hate the Chiefs but one thing that irritates me the most is no one ever poaches their coaching staff. Hoping he’s our version of Steve Spag(idk how to spell his name nor do I care)
Honestly, very bad HC excellent / top notch DC the guy is a killer at this
I’ll hate to see him go but VJ deserves a second chance as a HC.
When great practices finally pay off!

7 consecutive losing seasons had more to do with John Elway, and Joe Ellis than it did Vance.
Vance Joseph had earned my respect, genuinely.
I really don’t think Vance Joseph has that much to do with it. If anything, when he does much scheming outside of just letting the defense pin back their ears and attack the defense usually turns to crap.
This is gold.
But I do love this man
On one hand VJ wasn’t put into the best spot for a HC. We had lost a lot of our SB talent, and Elway refused to do a full on rebuild of the team so the roster wasn’t in great shape. It would be difficult for any first time HC to be in that spot. But then on the other hand we were always woefully unprepared for our games under VJ. Especially against bad teams, we played down to their level, or even below it. How many times did we come into a game against a worse team and get destroyed by them? He wasn’t a good HC at all, and he deserved to be fired. But I’m glad he’s back as our DC, its been a remarkable turnaround from the Miami game last year to now
The rebound from giving up 70 Miami last year is one of the more impressive things I have ever seen.
lol this sub is silly. VJ has been solid but let’s not forget that last year he was the DC for one of the worst defensive games in league history. He’s obviously bounced back since then but he’s been far from perfect; what happened against the Browns is a great example of that. Expecting Levi Wallace to hold up 1v1 vs Jeudy was always going to be a recipe for failure and we lucked out that Jonathan Taylor dropped the ball at the goal line or else we would’ve given up 20 points, almost all on the ground, which is bad considering we knew AR can’t throw
Has VJ been bad? No, but I don’t think he’s been as good as some of you are saying. And the “he didn’t get a fair shake at HC” is a little silly. We were a bad team and he was clearly in over his head
