Definitely a interesting question though I’d like to move up to a higher seed
I say rest them after the ravens game to get an idea to play super bowl caliber teams back to back and then they play tennesse to close the season where i think they should rest them
I'd play em this week then rest em against bmore and ten.
I understand resting them on the last game against the Titans, but not these next 2 games. This is where a team can catch their stride and get red hot to go into the playoffs. We know the defense has been amazing and flat out carrying this team, but this offense has been lackluster to say the least. They need to find a way to get going to have a legitimate chance of doing something this year. AFC Chips mean nothing to us. We’ve had plenty of those already. Eyes have to be on the big price.
Here’s my takes
1.Rest Mixon at least against the chiefs or have him split carries until the end of the game
2. Put Hunter and Anderson on snap counts and only have them play their normal amount at the end of the game
3. Don’t force feed Nico except at the end of needed
4. Frequently sub in the front 7
5. Take out Stingley and other cornerstones if the Texans are blowing the other team out
6. Don’t overwork starters in practice
I think it will be clearer aftwr this week. We should push for the win.
I’m a little torn with this one because I heard on another channel a person say these next 3 games they should really just let stroud let loose win or no win throw the ball all over the field regardless of interceptions, it’ll be good to try to develop more chemistry with metchie and Hutchinson and get on track with Dell. Like stroud could really go out there and really play carefree cuz no matter what we’re div champs
We need to get this offense going before we rest anyone. Hoping we see more big plays from Dell

Don’t mind resting the defense but EVERYONE on the offense have been bums and they still have something to prove
First of all let me say to everyone I was wrong about the Texans not winning the division. Now, I don't trust the offensive line to keep CJ healthy. The defense is the strength that can't afford to lose players. I would rest the last 2 games because pl2 games in 4 days are a problem and could get a lot of people hurt.
Play both weeks.
Maybe not a full rest. But like a quarter or two. To keep the rhythm

If its me, I am going to rest most of my starters and give them just minimal playing time, like I would if I was working a pre season game.. give them one or two series and then pull them out.. and no injured players playing at all.. get them healthy for the playoffs.. I am not sure whatever we do between now and the playoffs, that we can do anything to change which team we will have to play.. I agree with the experts, it will probably be the Ravens round #1.. also I do not want to see the Texans beat the Chiefs their next game.. I want the Chiefs to get that #1 over all spot, I do not want to see Buffalo get that spot.. I would rather see the AFC have to go through KC.. playing at KC rather then in Buffalo.. weather will almost always be much worse in Buffalo then in KC.. If the Texans play and beat the Ravens, then the Texans will head to KC to play them.. and I like our chances to beat KC more then I would against either Buffalo or Pittsburgh.. KC has injury problems including Mahomes with his high ankle sprain.. and they are relying heavily upon Mahomes.. and their passing game is more suspect this year.. You will just have to gut it out and beat the Ravens at home, unless the Ravens loose a few games and drop down and somehow either the Broncos or Bolts move up.. but I do not want to see us moving up from our current spot.. and we can ensure we keep that spot by resting our players and even loosing 2 of the last 3 games.. and we play both the Chiefs and Ravens if I am not mistaken.. do not want to show them anything in the way of what I want to do come playoffs.. so I play my back up players. This is what I do if I am running the show in Houston!!
I wouldnt risk Mixon after the chiefs
Personally I never liked resting players. I fill like it takes the team out of rhythm.
Mixon only everyone else’s needs to play the next 2 games then rest all starters
