I think there is collusion, this has happened many times in the MLB, they want the Jays to fail so that they don't land Vladdy, the other teams have wanted him for a while, I'm ready to say goodbye to Vlad. I never liked Cody for the Jays. I just listened to a clip of David Sampson on nothing personal and it seemed that the Cubs reached out to the Yankees and may be the Jays were not involved at all. I'm thinking Jon Heyman is not speaking the full truth.

3. They could have had Bellinger last year for free as a free agent. All they had to do was pay him what he wanted. Another FAIL for Blue Jays management. You're fired!

    Looking back, they had a decent enough deadline where it seemed like these were the kinds of trades that they were going to be able to make.

The Atkins and Schapiro Jays are a toxic clubhouse and no player of value wants to play for them. When you've had years to extend and lock down your best young players but instead disrespect them taking them to arbitration and not bother negotiating , everyone notices. It does not matter how much money you offer to a player if that player has multiple options and does not want to waste his career years playing on a losing team.
