I think he’d play primarily as CB and then get thrown in at WR every now and then.
I also don’t think we’ll be able to get him
Nah, he wants to get paid a WR salary.
NFL GMs overwhelming view him as a CB at the NFL level.
I don’t want him period. Not the best CB in the draft and not the best WR in the class. Give me the best defensive player available please.
Pass. “Versatile” hybrid players give me the Matt Rhule ick.
It would be cool but pray for Graham.
Yes
Nah, he screams diva.
Full time corner that plays 10-ish plays a game on offense
If I was him, I’d be WR. More money and less wear and tear. Also more shine and PR
Yes. And an amazing one.
He’d have some packages built as a receiver but there’s no way he could play both ways full time in the NFL.
I think he’d be both on this roster currently. David Moore is second in total snaps at WR and Mike Jacksons contract was only for this season.
Too many miles on this guy. He’s got twice the amount of miles on him than any other player in the draft. I don’t trust it.
Who gets paid more…by a long shot
I don’t want any of this Colorado circus coming here.
It would be heaven if we can draft him, but he’ll probably be gone by the time we get our pick
I think he’d be a headache for any NFL team trying to use him both ways. If anything just get Carter from Penn State and call it a day.
The thing is we need to get out of solid players and find some star talent, and I highly doubt Travis will play both positions full time but still doesn’t seem to me like the best at either position in the draft. If we go CB then I’d rather take Will Johnson, especially since he won’t be asking for WR money. And if we go for WR, then Tet looks like a true WR1. Either way I’d rather we go for Graham or Carter instead
I like this dude a lot and think he’s going to be great even playing 2 ways in the NFL, but I’d much rather have Graham or Carter on the line than Hunter spending 60% of snaps at corner.
The argument for/against drafting Hunter comes down to this: does he fill two roles better than one guy dedicated to defense can fill that respective role?
You have to weigh his CB ability plus WR ability vs. Graham/Carter being able to shore up the defensive line.
You always want to fix two problems with one loss. See; not signing burns and paying for a *much* better offensive line. In theory, you could do that in one pick with Hunter. Give a CB2 for opposite Horn and also bolster the WR room.
The issue is, does he *really* help our WR room? What does he do on offense that we don’t have already in Coker/XL/ et all? Is the difference between Hunter’s CB skills vs. the next CB greater than the difference in Graham vs. next DL
You can help our DBs by having a better DLine, either edge or interior. Less time to throw makes coverage simpler. Maybe I’m just high on hopium, but we’re kind of in a spot of no really *BAD* choices, just a matter of preference. I’m team Hog Mollies, but will be totally fine with Carter or Hunter or even Johnson.

Naaaa he will be a PATRIOTS
If anyone ever puts the number 1 on in a panthers uniform I’d be pissed. No one needs to wear 89, 1, or 59 ever again.
