As a guardians fan first trust me you don’t want him. I’m not kidding he’s very frustrating to watch. This would be the low hanging fruit ross was talking about. They’re just trying to do things on the cheap

I like Naylor, but that average is ugly for a DH.
I would be down, my grandparents live next to one of the Naylor’s cousins, high chance of meeting these dudes some day if it goes down. He’s already got my grandfather a signed ball from them.

Try not to think of it as Canadian guy, but cheaper, probably slightly worse but still gives us something, kyle schwarber, i’ll take that on this team right now lol.
He wasn’t awful out there. Have him rotate around with a DH and let him play 1B now and then
I like it. The guy hit 31 HRs last year, had 108 RBIs, and if you overlay his spray chart at the SkyDome he’d have had 18 more (call it 9 for home vs. away). That puts him at 40. Sure he’s not as flashy as Teo or Santander but he’d bring in the RBI’s, is from Toronto (basically), and costs a hell of a lot less. Plus he could easily play LF/DH and sub for Vlad at 1B once in a while. This could even let them still get a flashier DH and spend on pitching.
