  1. The Braves have done about exactly what I expected them to so far, and they are probably going to do more of the same til spring training. But I still think there's a way they could put a huge silver lining on their inability to find any noteworthy additions to make this off-season. You have two guys in Ozuna and Albies I feel like are worth keeping longer than they are currently signes for. If they can add a couple years to Ozuna's contract and a couple years to Albies contract I would be happy that at least they are trying to not let any more of their key players get away. I think Ozuna would sign a 3 year $60M contract because I don't see other teams being eager to sign him for what he's worth next season because of the extre baggage and his age. I think Ozzie could be signed for probably 6 years $120M because even though he could probably get a better AAV when he hits free agency he's getting a bonus of about $12-14M a year on the remaining years and options he has on his existing deal. That will go out the window and he will cost more to sign every year they wait because you lose that leverage.

  2. The Braves cheap out on starting pitching. Sign Trevor Bauer for 1-2 million with incentives. Try to get the Japanese pitcher. If you miss out on one of those give Morton 10 million

  3. All these so-called high prospects the Braves have had the past 2-3 years like Pache, Soroka, Mueller, the ss, and others have not paned out, except for Langerhan maybe
