POSTSHAME SHOW: Seahawks Embarrassed Again

Let’s talk about that disaster.

  1. As disappointing as this game was for the Hawks, I was even more disappointed in the fanbase. How can there be so many Green Bay fans in the stadium? Even the broadcast crew kept commenting on how many Packers fans there were. That's plain embarrassing! We used to be a proud fanbase and took pride in being 12s. I guess that out of town money trumps any team pride we used to have. Very sad.

  2. Everyone was so quick to get rid of Russell Wilson but forget the fact the reason the Seahawks get some many prime time games is beacause we always showed up no matter the opponent. It might have been the ugliest game ever but at least we were always in it. Last 3 years prime time games have been trash. Go Hawks

  3. What was Dan Campbellā€™s record his first year? This year was not about winning, it was about setting a foundation. Itā€™s going to be rocky at times. Iā€™m more interested how the team responds next week. Going to be watching specific players who struggled to see if they can bounce back.

  4. Brianā€”based off your reaction, you should absolutely stop doing post game shows. Dude you spent the last week laughing at GB fans and pundits for not bringing up defensive stats and how overlooked the Seahawks are. Then we get spanked and you act like this came out of now where? My man itā€™s in the statsā€”we canā€™t just hang our hat in cherry picked stats. GB is a good team that is well coached, the entire league is aware of it. I donā€™t know what would lead anyone here to think otherwise, they have been better than us all year with a RB that knows how to run against us.

To say you werenā€™t impressed by the packers but embarrassed by the Seahawks? Dude you have to chill and stop taking it so personal, im glad my subscription ended, this kinda knee jerk reaction content is a bad look for the fanbase.

  5. Over the past couple of years, the Packers have had a strong team while weā€™ve been mostly irrelevant. When tickets first went on sale, a lot of Packers fans likely jumped on them early to see their winning team play. Meanwhile, many 12s hesitated, unsure how the season would shape up since itā€™s a rebuilding year.

  6. I agree, Seahawks are not executing and some bad play, but Grubb has to go. Schematically he's not able to prove he can call an offense in the pros.

  7. I don't have the numbers in front of me right now, but I'm pretty sure the Packers pass rush has come alive since they traded Preston Smith. He was taking too many snaps, and didn't fit the system. I think since he left, Lukas Van Ness has an almost 20% win rate. It was a classic case of addition by subtraction.

  8. 2:15 Green Bay IS a great fucking team. Just cuz your mad at the state of your team, don't insult us. We lost by 5,3,3, and 10 to three 2 loss teams and nobody wants to play us in the playoffs

  9. How are they a bad pass rush team and they're tied 6th most sacks inna league šŸ˜‚ i cnt take this dude seriously he jus a homer and go always bash the team his great Seahawks play obviously he doesn't kno wat hes talking about then the other guy haa the nerve to say josh jacobs doesnt rub over ppl like he did the Seahawks šŸ˜‚ really hes third in rushing over 1000 yards nd 10 plus rushing tds

  10. I do think that fans are dooming about this game too much right now. We won four in a row, then dropped one to a really good team. Yes, I think they are really good. And I honestly see that game as winnable, unlike the Ravens games last year where in 100 match-ups of those teams, the Ravens win 100 of them. Defense and offense got smacked in the mouth to start, yes, but the defense actually put it together the second half with some adjustments. The offense had good drives stall, and then our starting C and QB go out and weā€™re already playing with the back-up RB. Even so, with 12 minutes left, we are down just 10. This game, if we won it, was gonna be like 27-24 anyways, and the defense probably holds them to under that 24 without that last Howell pick and him giving their offense the ball back every 90 seconds because he canā€™t get a first down. With a back-up QB and Center the playbook was probably like at best a quarter of the plays we have. If Olu and Geno are in there, we have the full playbook available, and we could have at least made the score closer like 23-20 and had a shot at even winning it at the end or in OT even WITH the Geno pick. I donā€™t see this as a loss due to systemic problems other than needing to make short yardage and RZ play calling a lot better. I do not feel after this loss like I felt after the loss to the Giants or 49ers where I just could not understand what the teamā€™s direction even is at all. I see this as a really tough loss that sucks, but not worth dooming over. I will agree though that not running the ball is just baffling. My faith in Grubb is hanging by a thread. If I am pissed about anything is the Seahawks at home failing to show up so often.

  11. That game had all the makings of another seahawks packers comeback whacky finish. The defense was very good in second half. Once geno went down that feeling went away, geno had the team moving and has in the past shown an ability to make games come down to the wire.

  12. We looked bad. Howell looked shockingly bad. My jaw literally dropped when I was watching him. Having said that, perspective is important – We have a new coaching staff, and we can still win the division. Beat the Vikings and Rams.

  13. Every time the Seahawks lose, you say ā€œthe other team is NOT that goodā€ maybe the Seahawks arenā€™t as good as you thought they were

  14. I honestly dont get this weighing of who's INT was worse. I'm not surprised Howell looked terrible off the bench. The starter that people want to tell me is a top 10 QB throwing another blatant INT into double coverage in the end zone is whats mind boggling to me. Or actually its not anymore because he does it every other game.

  15. I like to see this version of you, it's like so many fans, and then we get the morning after which is clearly a better perspective. There are still growing pains, I think we've seen plenty of good things this season, I want Grubb back, I genuinely believe he's trying too hard to be smarter than the opposing D, when it's really not needed. Vikings this week I think is perfect to see if we can change it up, not necessarily win

  16. Love the honesty Brian!! I didnā€™t see this coming. And yeah that was bad. 60 minutes of them not being able to do anything at home once again. No wonder why 12s sell there tickets

  17. Packers are real contenders especially when they get jaire Alexander back I think they will beat the Vikings and they almost and could have beat the eagles if the field wasn't garbage and couldn't get any traction I think lions eagles packers are all pretty even packers maybe just a little bit under them but out of 10 games they win at least 4 of them

  18. I was ready to cut Howell immediately but what did grubb do to help him they didn't even run the ball and help him out or give him quick passes every thing Howell got was deep developing routes Geno was getting hit and sacked left and right what you think a backup QB sitting all year will do

  19. I think the biggest problem iā€™m having is ā€œThe Packers arenā€™t that goodā€ and itā€™s not because iā€™m a GB fan. My visit here was to find out where SEA are better than GB and that isnā€™t made clear so far. Iā€™m 17 min inšŸ˜‚

  20. My favorite thing that fans do to cope is by saying the other team "wasn't even that good." It's hilarious. We only have 4 losses to a few of the best teams in the league, and 3 of those losses were by 3 points or less. Only lost once outside of the NFC North this season and it was the Eagles week 1 on a slip and slide in brazil. Then we've been playing with a backup QB and our starter who was hurt most of the year other than the last few weeks. The Packers are right there with the best teams in the NFC/league. What I saw in this game was complete domination on both sides of a ball from a much better team, no matter how many times you try to tell yourself that they "aren't that good". You sound like a child trying to cope with the fact that your team just got outclassed by a better team. Kinda sad tbh.

  21. Nearly every game Grubb gets himself backed into a corner and has no clue how to make adjustments and get himself freed.

Personnel specific plays, predictable play calling, he has no clue how to utilize DK or Lockett. The defenses have everything figured out every single game.

We can blame the offensive line all we want, but Grubb is on autopilot and not helping Geno out at all.

If two players can get fired for fumbling kick returns in one game, then an OC should be able to be fired for fumbling half the season.
