Atlanta still owes cousins $62.5 MILLION this year, $27.5 MILLION next year and $10 MILLION the following year. 41. I totally understand the whole he is a rookie and never played a NFL game, but they are playing at home with a favorable matchup against the 2-12 Giants and I’m not gonna lie. COUSINS was literally having a historically bad five game run 1 touchdown to 9 interceptions is incredible. I mean, let’s be honest at this point. It would be very extremely difficult for any quarterback to play that bad so let’s say Penix does have a decent up-and-down game. It will be close and the Falcons can squeeze out a win against the Giants at home with the playoffs on the line stick more reliably on the run game. The Giants are one of the worst teams against the rush in the NFL. I expect Robinson to take most of the load for the rookie quarterback his number one best friend should be the running game and do not turn the ball over.

43. It's house money, as long as the Falcons see it that way. QB is the most important piece to find. Cousins seems like a good guy, and understands he's getting older.
