Looks to me like Scoot is a bust, which definitely sucks. That said, Shaedon, Toumani, Deni, and Clingan all look like real pieces for the future.
Basketball gods, please give us Dylan Harper at point guard. 🙏
Today’s Notes: – So this was a concerning survey. We got 130+ responses, which we have had a couple times before, so I wasn’t initially concerned, but when I looked at the averages, Ant had like a 3.1 and Deni was at like a 9.6. So i looked closely and there was a cluster of ~70 responses that just gave every single person a 10 except Ant, Grant, and Ayton. Obviously, we had to remove those, but it was disappointing to see. I know Deni has a lot of huge fans (especially on our instagram), so i assume 1 or 2 of them just spammed our survey, but it could also have been someone whos a big Ant/Ayton hater. But anyway, after removing those suspicious responses (and also removing another additional top and bottom 10% like we’ve been doing for a while), here are the results
– Ant with his first Game Ball/MVP of the season! and also his highest score. Ayton, Jabari, and Duop remain the last 3 players without a win
– interestingly, it is Chaunceys lowest score in a win, and by a decent margin too. I assume its because we blew a 17pt lead but even then it feels a bit harsh
What does Ayton have to do to get a fair response from fans? Dude did great last night.
6.6 for Ayton feels biased and low. The dude had 15pts, 13rebs, 4ast, 4blcks, 1stl, and only 1tov. That’s a damn good game. Did a great job communicating assignments the entire game too

– if anyone thinks we’re lying for some reason, here is the raw data. go to the “Den-Dec19” tab. the first 150ish rows are the raw data and then i copied it below with the spam removed.
