  1. Everybody likes to see a fast 40 time and athleticism on display at the combine (me too) but actual game speed matters much more.

I’d like to see Coker get 750+ yds next year.

  2. Coker played well on Sunday. That being said I feel like we’re running with this a bit. His separation metrics aren’t all that great. And that backs up with the gameplay where it seems like corners are usually in his hip pocket and squeezing his route well.

His refinement as a runner and chemistry with Bryce allows him to still preform relatively well on the outside. But even the catch on Sunday was a blown coverage.

Honestly it would probably be better for Coker to move full time into the slot. Allow him to maximize his route running more effectively. Make his life easier. And allow him to affect the game on a more consistent level.

It’s not all about top speed.his game is good now. But it can be great.
