Kirk Cousins is set to be cut by the Falcons before his $10 million roster bonus is due March 17, per [u/AdamSchefter](https://x.com/AdamSchefter).
That will cancel the rest of his $180 million contract that included $100 million guaranteed with Atlanta this offseason.

Wouldn’t really say this one was a robbery. He had high expectations for how he would perform coming back from the Achilles injury. If he gets a bag after this year though, you are right.

People were sure he was comeback player of the year halfway through the season. Attention spans are getting so goddamn short these days in every media industry. Can’t struggle for a few weeks without losing your job and being written off. It’s crazy and must be so mentally taxing.
