1. If the Giants are competent at all (we all know they are not) they clean house and trade their pick. They are a dumpster fire with no OL outside of Andrew Thomas and bringing in a new QB will not fix any of their problems, they need to completely rebuilt the team first.

12. It’s funny, I have some international friends that started watching the NFL in the last decade. They ONLY know my Giants as the biggest joke of the league. They missed all four of the Super Bowls, and me telling them about those wins means nothing to them. They say stuff like “well, that team WAS playing the Giants”

What I want to know is how John Mara will be able to justify keeping schoen and daboll especially after schoen has let this team's best players walk for nothing and passing on a qb in last year's draft. Joe schoen is incompetent and an arrogant moron. All you have to do is watch the hard knocks episodes from the off season to come to this conclusion. FIRE THEM ALL MR MARA AND NOW

18. In 2022, it was Gentleman's players, Wink dialing up the D, Barkley's running and Kafka calling the plays.  Since that time, it's a dumpster fire. They could've drafted a QB and the players they did draft, the track record is not good. Daboll's mishandled the staff and it's terrible.  

    2022 record (9-7-1 and 4-7-1 Conf) beat a terrible Viking team and smoked by Eagles in Playoffs
    2023 record (6-11 and 5-7 Conf) – no post season. Forced Wink out and let #26 leave
    2024 record (2-12, 0-8 at home and 0-5 Conf) – eliminated from post season on Thanksgiving

20. You can tell Giants fans get their QB information from tv. None of them actually watch college football or can give 5 QB’s that might be great pro’s other than the top two. None of them have even done the combine yet. Neither of the top two have played any competition or a great defense.

21. NY draft Travis Hunter!! The Giants are not a QB away from winning and they can get a serviceable QB later in the draft. This line isn't protecting any QB in the immediate future.

22. I'm done with the overturn every 3 years. Give these guy a chance to truly start over, although I'm not sure there is a franchse QB in this draft. If anything, do what Gettleman did not the year he took Jones: trade down. Also, go out and get a vet QB on 1-2 yr deal to keep the seat warm in 2025. I mean, I've grown used to losing, so why not another season?

38. Rich you're wrong. The giants need to fire everybody. Start over new with a new Quarterback. The old museum aint getting it done.We've been seeing it for 3 years. That's enough now. Let's get some new blood in there.

39. Brian Daboll didn't make dick with Daniel Jones. Here's a guy who was a former offensive coordinator with a top tier NFL team but yet yields the most anemic offense in the NFL as a head coach. His consistent bad play calls on 4th and 1 to go for it in limited red zone chances with the worst offensive line, no running game and a mediocre receiving core is atrocious and abysmal. Get the 3 points! Give the team something to cheer for instead of getting stopped and turning the ball over with nothing to show for it. The fact that he was in the circle that allowed Saquon to leave to their divisional rival and nothing back in return just goes to show the level of incompetence this organization has become. Schoen and Daboll among others are destroying this organization from within for some time.

40. You can’t stay pat and keep everybody. If you’re going to tell me that “the gold turned back into straw” with Daniel Jones and that’s not on Daboll, then you’re saying that Daniel Jones was no good in the first place and shouldn’t have been drafted. Put that with the season Saquon is having, it’s clearly time to let Joe Schoen go.

41. People talk about players can get better. How about can GM n head coaches, can they get better. Daboll needs to let someone call plays (plus see him w a QB) n Schoen started off horrible but did he get better.

43. Giants fan here. Imo, if they get # 1 they should either draft Travis Hunter or trade for a 1st round pick for 2026 and draft either Arch, Nussmeier or Sellers!!!! Those are far better QB prospects, imo!!!

The year Daniel Jones led Giants to playoffs was fools gold and part of the fools gold is that Daboll is some quarterback whisperer it was Wink Martindale's defense that led the way with so many take aways ! Shoen whiffed on both Thibodeaux and Evan Neal to give him a crack at another draft would be another monumental mistake …Imagine how many planes with banners there will be flyin' with another no win season at home !

    I’ll reserve judgment until I’ve seen 2 seasons with the new QB. 1st year many of the greats stunk too, so I’ll throw that year out if its bad.
