  1. Doesn’t every QB and offensive system deal with this? Sounds like excuses…shouldn’t he be thinking audible before motions occur? Just asking. Did he audible with the simple Flores system?

  2. Trying to trick people only works for so long. The chargers run straight iso plays like high school football. But it works because they have people who block and run the play correctly. Get better players and simplify the play book

  3. I am not a big Tua but they did franchise Tua. So will be here a long time. I agree with you. Plays are taking way to long . To much razzle dazzle behind the line. McDaniel simplify the play calling so the QB has time behind the center. Actually McDaniel I really want you gone.

  4. Grier should be fired today. The o-line issue is the 🐘 in the room. I wonder if Grier is still unworried about the o-line. Any real Superbowl contender has a good o-line. Games are won in the trenches. Get Grier out!!

  5. “Brian Flores owns the Rams.” He didn’t own them on TNF this year. More experienced quarterbacks aren’t falling for this whole show one defense switch to another after the snap. It tends to give younger QBs issues though. Also I’ve watched a number of teams like the Rams and they all run the clock down to the very end with motion as well. This just sounds like more excuses…

  6. Hi Doug, think you’re all over this. They can’t be predicable and McDonald has proven he cannot adjust. It doesn’t matter if you’re a finesse team or power team if the D knows what’s coming.

  7. I lot of teams run the same type of offense and have a lot of motion. Having to do all this before the snap is something all quarterbacks deal with. Im not sure why you think its harder for the Dolphins than other teams.

  8. Well, that does not explain how that offense was able to lead the league last year until Tua's absence. McDaniel's slow decision making has been a consistent issue since he arrived. The real issue here is a total collapse in the trenches. Tua has about the enough time to inhale once before opposing defenders are in his face. This is ALL on Grier.

  9. Doug wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas and new year! You were dead on with this video, love it. Very informative. Awesome job. Keep it up, brutha!!!

  10. Totally agree!! It’s time for a new GM and build around the younger very good players we have. It will not be like the 2019 “total rebuild.” We already have key players to build around.

  11. "Its too much" 😂
Man you people are something else…ALWAYS an excuse! The same offense that salvaged this guy's career and helped him PREMATURELY get a $200M+ contract.
"Too much"…previous coach was "too mean"…offensive line "not good enough"…WRs "too short"😂😂😂😂😂

  12. I think McDaniel calls too many quirky plays, to many screens and as successful as Achane is I don't like him as #1 back or like to see others get carries. Line is a big issue, get a big wr
