  1. I don’t think the C’s should ever put themselves in a situation where officiating even matters but it happened so we move on. Sorry to hear about KP and JB and at the end of the day it is truly just a basketball game. Hoping for a win on Saturday,

  2. So does his mom live local in Boston? Or does she live in his hometown in Georgia? If this happened in Boston that hits even harder and sucks that much more.

  3. OMG- those techs were all completely and richly deserved. I love this team, but damn they are man-babies sometimes. Honestly, Tatum usually deserves a tech almost every game. His whining after every layup is tiresome and consistently costs him. Mazzulla is going to get fined and maybe suspended and he will deserve it.
That said, the refs made some pretty bad calls on plays on the floor.
    Merry Christmas John

  4. Terrible basketball most of season. Last year they were blowing out opponents. Brown and Tatum forcing their offense, taking bad shots. They need to play off the ball more and let our guards do their job. They simply need to play better team basketball on both ends of the court.

  5. Personally I think sometimes there's a mess and going over it in detail makes it messier. Sometimes a mess is simply a mess and you just clean it and move on. We just need to move on from this game. I don't think anything should be over analyzed we shot poorly as I expected coming into this game because of the schedule but we fought back up until the techs were called. I think this is a we'll get em next time situation

  6. The game was tough to watch. They took more contested 3’s than I’ve seen all season. And the open shots looked way off. Chicago were making some tough shots though. Lavine was trying to make a statement. Definitely a game to flush. But nobody got hurt. Got film on a team that went shot for shot from 3. It’s all about the lessons learned from losses.

  7. Sorry but not sorry here …. To point at anything other than the Celtics themselves for this loss would be straight up excuses …. Defense couldn’t get a stop at red light and the offense played like they’d just shoot their way back into things… any second now 🙄😒

  8. I totally agree with your takes on the techs. However, simply saying that the players should just capitulate to the refs injecting their fragile little egos into the game is a dangerous game. Teams that can afford a loss to make a point and create a conversation about this nonsense maybe should stand up against these napoleon types. Maybe the league will finally do something.

  9. It was just one of those games that happens to even the best teams of all time, not worried about anything game to game outside of injury with these guys. I also don't micro analyze the refs every game, but there is a noticeable difference with how JB and especially JT get treated by the refs compared to other superstars. They let so much more contact go uncalled against them and seem to have a shorter leash with the Ts. I don't get it

  10. Celtics have a referee problem. Ref's don't like Jaylen or Jason and refuse to blow the whistle when they are fouled period, end of story. Stop complaining because it's like back-talking a law officer. It never ends well for black players or coaches.

  11. Our defense just isn't as good as it was last year. Seems like they just don't bring as much pressure above the arc on some nights. Also was wondering why Joe didn't try Queta for the energy boost, Springer looked ok but out of control.

  12. no ones mad at you and toughening up the guys even more is ok. But if we don't make some noise as fans when the refs are over the top in regards to Boston whose going to. 90 percent of the nba world rejoices at it. If its not us its going to be nobody and boston getting screwed over becomes business as usual.

  13. Wondering about Jaylens hip. His shot is really off and I feel like his lateral quickness is not the same. Seen a few moments where he seemed to wince and much less explosive.
