He's in the 99th percentile for perimeter isolation defense. He's averaging 17.8 PPG on 47.0 FG% and incredible 45.3 3P% in just 28.5 minutes per game. He's only 29 years old and is making just 26 million this season. What an incredible asset.

  1. Yup. I wouldn’t give up wiggins unless we can trade an all nba level star.

A realistic deal we give JK a $25m+ extension next summer. And trade Wiggens with him for a superstar. The problem is no many available in the market. Fox could be one but Fox/Curry lineup is bad on D.

  2. If anything, it makes sense to let Kamminga go. Wiggins is playing well now and probably will over the next couple years during the curry window.

  3. He’s probably the only one in this team that has been good and consistent this season.

No offense to steph. But , Wigs has been balling out.

  4. He should honestly request a trade atp. He would be such a valuable piece to a lot of contenders right now

  5. Wiggins is awesome, he’s just miscast as the second option. He’s best suited to be a tertiary guy who can focus on 3 and D solely.

But the problem is to get a second option, you need to trade him. That’s why the CP and Klay contracts were so important

  6. Which makes most star player trades out of reach because I don’t think we’d be getting fair value for Wiggins. I’m not giving up Wiggins for Butler. We need to shop for guys making less than 25m

  7. Wiggs has been a huge reason why we remained a top defensive team since Iggy left in 2019 while Klay was a bit cooked

  8. the actual untradable player lol. He’s bounced back so well this year after an understandable szn last year.
