Bates done for the season.

In Poles defense, most guys who have to seek out experimental treatment in other countries for chronic issues are pretty reliable.
Fire Poles.
What an absolute swing and a miss from Poles on Bates, good lord. We traded a 5th for him from this year’s draft… have to wonder if maybe that couldn’t have been spent on better depth elsewhere instead of using it on a perpetual backup lineman with an arthritic shoulder who played a total of about 100 snaps this season; playing in only two games
Another flopped trade.
And also man I’m really glad we gave up Herbert for a lottery ticket because the genius minds behind our offense couldn’t figure out how to get him involved. Ignore how he led the league in yards per attempt two years ago and was a solid part of our offense last year.
He will retire at seasons end.
Poles missed again.
Maybe stop making trades Ryan
Another Poles win
Fire Ryan Poles.
LMFAO.
Man chased this dude years ago, and then traded a pick for him. Backup level guy dealing with chronic injuries.
Poles is such a hack, cant believe people still vouch for this dude.
Another Poles failure actual useless ass GM when it comes to O line.
Given the shoulder he probably doesn’t play meaningful ball again. Scratching him off the list Bears have 0 iOL under contract for 2025 which is wild – talk about empty cupboards. Even crazier is that might even be a good thing considering how bad those 3 positions have been this year.
Great trade! Especially since he was more than likely going to be released by the Bills prior to the trade.
Good job Ryan.
Poles is shit
Why did he love Bates so much? I don’t get it. Don’t think I watched him play a single snap this season.
Ryan “Made of Glass” Bates.
Poles got lucky with the Carolina trade and it’s gonna end up buying him an extra season or two that he doesn’t deserve. I’m more than content with firing him this offseason and just starting fresh
Bates played in what, 1 game this year. He’s getting paid to be in the training room.
How is it possible that Lucas Patrick played more than bates…I joke but damn
Fucking getting tired of Poles, and it was hilarious when we had that stupid thread of “King Poles”
I still don’t get why Poles, as a frmr lineman didnt build the roster starting with the trenches and went after skill positions. Teams can’t have success without it.
another master class acquisition by chef poles
Swiss fucking cheese, this OL
I remember Poles trying to sign Bates a couple years ago but Buff matched it or something. Now he sounds like hes ready for retirement due to injuries. Wth is happening?!??

Did he play at all this season?
Hopefully Johnson brings a GM with him
Man, Ryan Poles is bad at this stuff.
He doesn’t get nearly enough shit for this trade. Almost as bad as when we traded for the guy that [immediately died](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaines_Adams?wprov=sfti1#)
Fire. Poles.
Another poles disasterclass!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣…..the hits just keep coming.

Well, that trade definitely paid dividends….
