He, Griffey Jr and Bo Jackson are the coolest baseball players ever
one of the greatest baseball player of all time.. RIP Rickey 😢
I was thinking it, You said it. Childhood memories just took a hit. Rest in Peace 👉🤛 Just put up my Starting Lineup figure of Rickey in the man cave. Damnit
Baseball leaving Oakland is what really killed him.
Ricky was the most entertaining player ever. RIP, Sir. You brought the game of baseball to new levels.
Of course he passed away this year. Saw him at my first ever A’s in game in ‘98. RIP Ricky
Man condolences to the family. This seems like some sort of Oman with the A’s last season in Oakland and the greatest play that ever wore the A’s uniform passing within months of the season ending. Crazy, glad I got to watch him as a child.
Damn all the history of baseball in Oakland and it's now dead……
Sweet swings in heaven Ricky. R.I.P
A legend gone too soon Rest in Peace Ricky Henderson and may the #24 be retired for you have earned that respect 🫡🙏🏿
Stole all the bases…. Now hes going home… Rest those hamstrings Rickey…😢
R.I.P. R.H.😢
Love you, my man! RIP.
Ricky Henderson was born to play baseball!!! The rest of us were born for nothing exciting!! Lol
Rip 😢
Rip
Complete ball player. 292 avg, hit for power, good outfielder. When he was on base, pitchers had to focus on him and not on the batter. Not just a base stealer!!
Very sad to hear the passing of Rickey Henderson.Such a magnificent player.
Rip man
Rickey Henderson, the greatest leadoff hitter and base stealer in Major League Baseball history whose blazing speed, discerning eye and unusual home run power complemented an irrepressible swagger that led him from the sandlots of Oakland, California, to the Baseball Hall of Fame He stole 468 more bases than anybody else. His 2,190 walks sit second all time, behind only Barry Bonds. Among position players to debut after integration in 1947, Henderson's 111.1 bWAR ranks fifth, behind Bonds, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron and Alex Rodriguez
