3. The save on Crosby was huge. The goal by Noesen was huger. In some ways that guy is our MVP.
   I'm thinking Buffalo's streak ends at 13 vs the Isles. Because it would figure if Ruff had symmetrical 13-game winning and losing streaks.

9. The Devils are pretty good right now. Imagine when they have all lines scoring, regularly. Right now, it seems like one line gets hot, does the scoring. The defense is awesome, we just need the other lines to get consistent. Unbeatable when this happens. Markstrom is going to owe the Defense a lot of steak dinners by the end of the season if they keep making it easy for him, only allowing under 20 SOG a game.
   Old school Devils is a thing of beauty and if this team can preform to that level the rest of the year, is lights out in the playoffs for whoever they match up against. You know, as well as I do, Cotter, Noesen and Dillon are going to kick it up into a higher gear in the playoffs. I’m not worried about the Cotter drought, he has shown that he is capable of putting up points. He just needs to get out of this funk he is in.

13. Marky and Timo did the same thing even though Timo took more time do not say trade them to anyone when they come unless it is 2-3 seasons.

15. That save by Markstrom on Sid was amazing! First time I heard "Markie" chants at the rock. Granted, I have not been to a game yet. That would be great to keep the Rags to less than 20 shots tomorrow. My dad, a Rags fan, hates Rempe. He's always taking a stupid penalty, and forcing the Rags to be on the penalty kill. My dad wants the Rags to get rid of Rempe, but unfortunately, he's a liability, and no team wants him. I am really curious what the Department of Player Safety does with him.

16. Nice to see our top guys sacrificing goals in favor of assists to guys like Nossen. Seeing guys Bratt and the Hughes boys playing solid defense. This team is playing for each other. That's the stuff that championship teams are made of. Really feeling good about our chances this year

18. I thought if anyone it would be Nico or Timo, but if we go far this playoffs, a Noesen jersey may very well be in the cards for next year.

20. Noesen is a prime example of what a guy can do when he's playing with the right guys. playing on the 1 or 2 as opposed to the 3 or 4. The man works like a 4th liner, but he's got great hands and he can FINISH!!!

22. Finally the first home game of the year I got to see live and win! What a war of attrition to start the first period but then Devs just started coming more to life 2nd period and beyond. The defense is just beyond amazing, honestly best unit in the league. Luke really coming into his own and Pesce being a great mentor for Luke's defensive development. Just don't want the top guys to be too cute playing with the puck and take their shot when even a small lane is open and crash the net, that is what Noesen and Mierer are there to do. Overall, not much else needs to be done for this team. Sure maybe a top 6 guy or at least depth guy for bottom six with a scoring touch because our goal scoring is dipping a bit. We see later on come trade deadline. Maybe call Sabres who will be selling hard, maybe we can get Cousins on the cheap and rehabilitate him, no way I can see them trade Thompson but stranger things have happened. Maybe call Ducks or Preds, something will pop up. Well be back at it tomorrow afternoon against those Rags, I want two in a row live!

23. Would love a Taylor Hall trade to push Cotter to the 4th line & Tatar out..+ Nico sturm to bolster the 4th line center role and make Lazar the 4th line RW

32. Well Ace, What a win and what a game from he boys and Marky who deserved the shutout and hopefully gets the go tomorrow against the scumbags. On anther note how about that defense starting to show up in the last 6 games, holding teams to under 20 shots now that's what i call good defense and our offense slowly starting to show up as well. but other then that not much to say but LGD!!! and lets get ready for war at the rock tomorrow.
