Can it be said at this point that Canales REALLY does have a thing for turning around QB’s play?

Can it be said at this point that Canales REALLY does have a thing for turning around QB’s play?

I might have a thing for Canales…
It’s true. He’s the entire reason Geno and Baker have jobs. He was the reason why Seattle didn’t miss a beat going from Wilson to Geno and also the only reason Baker ever was close to a Pro Bowl.
Having this level of coach be the guy for BY9 is why he went from worst in the league to arguably the best QB in less than a year.
Dude was the perfect hire for the job. He was exactly what we needed.
Gotta give Bryce most of the credit on this one because had Andy not gotten hurt he’d still be in at QB. That being said, I think Canales might have gave Bryce a second chance this offseason and we’d be seeing then what we see now from Bryce. All that being said, I give Dave credit for having the stones to sit his franchise QB and bringing in the necessary personnel to help develop him into a pro.
he also likes overtime
I love his confidence and consistency. Im happy we have him.
We now need to nail the draft and FA for several years.
I’m an angry negative asshole, and I bet just working alongside this guy would make me calmer happier and nicer.
I think he has a great mindset for a team that was depressed and broken.
He’s done a good job so far, I definitely like the hire. To say it’s a real success though, Bryce has to keep doing it and we need to become a winning football team.
Sure looks like it. He’s batting 1000
I still want to see continued growth and consistency from both him and Bryce, but you have to love the turnaround from this team. They continue to fight for him despite losses and they aren’t letting the losses cause them to quit competing. The team has gotten better as two years going on. Cowboys game aside, they look like a completely different team from the first two games of the year. I think we’re finally starting to see a vision of what this offense could be long-term under Canales.
A lot of people gave him a hard time about benching Bryce and how it happened and how he handled the QB position week to week for awhile there, but I think he has earned our trust that he will do the right thing going forward and I hope that we can continue to grow from this second half of the season into next year.
Be a hell of a coincidence if he didn’t
I really hope he is forever – you can tell the players are bought in and rally around him, big fan of him so far
Yes. He managed to turn around Brady in Tampa and now he’s doing it again with Bryce Young.
Turned entire team culture around.
I’m not a Panthers fan but Canales is so hot
Mkghta been why we hired the guy to coach our young QB 🤔
If where BY is now is a “turnaround” then that’s not good news for BY at all. Hes still mid at best.
