Miami Dolphins Aren’t Firing Anyone | Stephen Ross Is Happy

Tobin reacts to the Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross handing out a game ball to Mike McDaniel following the teams win over the 49ers. That is a strong a sign as any that the head coach and likely the GM aren’t going anywhere after this season.

  1. Soooo…u guys are gonna tell me that an 85 yr old is gonna do a rebuild and wait 5 more years when he might not even be alive 😂😂.. negative it's Grier and McDaniel and tua until he's 6 ft deep

  2. For those that don’t understand, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Owners have a “win now” mentality without understanding that consistency builds championship teams. Is McDaniel the answer? Don’t know. But blowing up the team probably isn’t the solution.

  3. Yeah, ya beat a sub 500 team that having a terrible season. That's great but it means nothing. Stilll an irrelevant team. The season is a failure. Fire McGrier.

  4. This reminds me of holding on to Tannehill for 7 years…We see what this team is 3 years in.Not good…They are something like 1 -15 vs winning teams I believe? … Can't win in the cold…They had all season 3 to change the "narrative"…And nothing has changed..I want McDaniel fired!
