I like and dislike, this catcher could be good for pitchers, yet I always like Cruz unlike others (Steve) I thought Bell overused him in the second half
Good morning guys, I’m ok with trying something here, but what is going on with the help we supposed to find for the outfield, no news, any rumors anything going on
Not a big loss but we need bullpen help. I’d like to see Buck Farmer come back and we need a lefty, I don’t trust Suter
Stuard Fairchild is an anemic hitters, Jake Frailey, did not show much in the second half last year, he hit like 277, but very weak, we need more than that, Spencer Steer and TJFriedly should be ok
Steve Henderson was a hall of famer great player
No credit to Nick Krrall untilll some. proven results
Give up one of your best relievers for an injured back up catcher (wrist) when we could have just resigned weak ass Maile.
This is not a good trade. Especially considering he cant throw out runners any longer due to that wrist injury.
Merry Christmas, I appreciate you guys
Bad move by the reds much rather have Cruz.
Reds should sign CJ Minter and Ryne Stanek for bullpen
I always though Cruz was overrated. Ammouncers hype him and his splitter up, but in the end, his one pitch which he cannot throw for a strike, gets him an MLB ERA around 5.00.
Glad to hear of Trevenio's defensive prowess. Those are abilities that even the advanced analytics underrate.
Merry Christmas guys
I want to believe but reality keeps getting in the way. I remember way back when the reds were hyping Winker. I’ve bought the line too many times. Tito gives me hope, but at the end of the day ownership is a bunch of non-competitive cheapskates.
We traded a 14 strikeout per 9 innings bullpen arm for a career 630 ops… horrible move. Take upside every time
I like the trade but are we really quoting framing stats? How is that even quantified?
I mean how sure are we that these so called "framing" stats are not just the Yankees are the Yankees and get more calls?
Some things or some stats just sound like they were created for someone to justify their paycheck. This falls in that category
