[KFordRatings] What if every one-possession game had the opposite result?

An updated post that illustrates yet again where we could have been.

that’s uh
that’s a lot of games going the other direction for KC
13-2 Broncos, 3-12 Chiefs. The unfathomable happiness I’d feel. Also the Panthers not changing at all is hilarious.
That’s the difference great teams and good teams
I feel like it’s not the best thing that we basically never win the close games like we’re either a lot better or getting edged out then again that’ll probably come with time this team feels very fresh if that’s the right word
You certainly seem to enjoy posting this stat on a regular basis.
This is why I think Bo is in the right direction for the team. He plays to win and even when we really should be losing finds a way to get it within 1 possession. A few years of good management and we could be great
You guys have no idea how many national titles Nebraska has won using this rule.
Lmao Raiders still suck ass
That’s absolutely nuts.
It’s crazy that 4 teams have not had a result in any of their games within one score…or their net result of one score games is zero.
The Chargers beat us twice by 7 so they must have lost 2 games by one score…
An axiom in all sports…good teams find a way to win the close ones.
Damn, this really speaks to how thoroughly the browns and raiders have been destroyed this year
Yep even if the Broncos miss the playoffs this season (which I think is a real possibility we have to consider) this team is only 5-10 plays away from a 14-1 record. That bodes well for the future if Nix can continue to build and they can find a running game next season.
Interesting. Every game comes down to a few plays. Or a few calls.
I see some very bad teams in the playoff mix (Giants, Jets, Jaguars), while some very good teams are out (Chiefs, Vikings, Eagles).
Goes to show you good teams win close games.
The Broncos being 1-5 in close games is NOT a good thing.
