2. DQ ( Dan Quinn ) definitely knows how to get his players to perform at the highest level. The technique is actually quite simple…..Don't ask a player to do something he's not good at , or uncomfortable with . Put the right player in a position that utilizes his strengths He coaches the player, not the system.

5. If Kliff is smart, he'll stick with the Commanders and not fly the coop just yet as a head coach again. There are not many #5s out there. And as he found out in Arizona, the QB can ruin you.

9. It's so nice to talk to a fan from another team…. A very intelligent and knowledgeable fan too BTW.!
   Anyway, our teams have mirrored each other in many ways…. We've both been doormats for the other teams in our respective divisions for many years, if not decades.
   We had the worst owner is the history of sports…. Any sports. He was pond scum and most of us fans thought that his reign of terror would last long after many of us were 6 feet under.
   Thankfully, that didn't happen!
