28. If the Chargers win 11 and actually finish in the 5 seed (long shot but possible) Harbaugh should be in the conversation. But, I don’t think he cares.

29. Herbert needed a head coach for years. Look at his Rookie start. He wasn't even slated as the starter the morning of the game. He got the nod right before the game. Go watch that game. Then look at the rookie games of the best QBs. We knew he was good. Herbert has been playing solid his whole career. And He's NOT healthy right now. Look at how taped up BOTH ankles are. Head coaching failures all these years always bring the team down. So much wasted talent all those years. I would say this years roster is the weakest roster of all Charger's years. Harbaugh is the change.
