4. I would not give Pete more than 3 years and i think $30per is fair. No way id go much higher than that. Pete is still living off his 260/40/120 seasons when the fact is he hasnt finished a season over 40 homeruns once in the last 5 seasons and is a lifetime .249 hitter. Also its concerning that Pete is trying to cash out instead of taking the deal and proving it on the field and cashing in. The guy that hit 50 homeruns is gone. Hes at 240/35/90 guy now. Hes Lucas Duda. No one is paying $200m for Duda.

5. Sorry, again I am not big fan of Bregman. He will bat .255, 14hr, n 66 RBIs away from Houston stadium. We can save that money for a true Ace or even let’s pay Corbin Burns or lefty reliever Tanner Scott. Bregman already showing decline n will age bad. Need to be smart. Pay Pete a home grown met if it’s Pete or Bregman.

22. If you get Bregman I think you DH Alonso and put Vientos at 1st base. Alonso was the worst 1st baseman defensively last year in the MLB (Vlad was second) and Vientos had great fielding and a poor arm which means he might fit well at 1st.
