[Rapoport] One note that should have been clear: Deshaun Watson’s fully guaranteed sum of $92M over the next two years remains unchanged. He has not given up any guaranteed money. The alterations affect the salary cap, not cash.

  4. Said it in another thread, but in case anybody was still wondering: the reporting coming out, with inaccurate terminology, is obviously coming from Watson’s agent. They don’t want it known that Watson got leveraged into giving the Browns a future out in the contract. I’d wager clearer terms of the deal come out in the coming days from the Browns side.
