15. Caleb has never played on time/structure. Not in HS, Collage and now the NFL. Caleb has always and continues to rely on what he has always been successful at in HS and Collage, his ability to run around and find an open receiver. The problem is he cannot get away with that in the NFL because defenses lineman are as fast if not faster than he is, that is why he has 67 sacks for over 450 yards lost. He holds the ball too long not on the o-line. He is not tall so he must be excellent at playing on time and within structure to be successful. Under a new Coaching staff focused on developing Caleb he could reach his potential. It is shame his rookie season was lost!
