1. AP is feeling like Richard Sherman & Shannon Sharp. They know whats up with THE BUSINESS side of the NFL. AP had a top 3 Rb & Wr on offense last year. He needed a Franchise QB and all but TAMPERED to get Jaden Daniels. He said he wanted to RUN the ball and play defense! Telesco didnt get a QB for him. He knew what it was then. Telesco already got rid of JJ to pay for MINSHEW. We ended up with the WORST QB ROOM in the NFL. So AP had 5 qbs in 1 year. FIVE QBs on top of HALF the starting defense on IR, Yet he's supposed to win with QB2, RB2, WR2 and a bunch of rookies and practice squad players. Bowers fell to 13 because 6 QBs was picked. He didnt do anything special or praise wortht. He left us with the WORST QB ROOM in the NFL where it's a QB driven league. Damn shame but typical for Black American H.C.s historically in the league! I hope AP wins out and make Telesco EARN his paycheck since he didnt want to pay KINGSBURY or move up and get a QB. Idgf about a TE when we habe the Worst QB & RB room.

16. If you think it was AP’s idea to start Minshew you’re a clown. It was Tom’s idea to pay him $15,000,000 this year and AP was likely given no choice.

    He was riding with Aidan last year and you could see him more excited in the press conferences once Minshew was injured this season.

The interview should be saying why didn't you play Ridder at QB that's what a real coach would of done with the 2 and 12 record. Raiders waited 40 years to get an opportunity to get in position with an 2 and 12 record and AP comes up playing lights out playing Aiden has great game. 20. Tom Telesco should be fired. If Tom Telesco is so great why did the Chargers let him go after 11 seasons? Telesco didn't hit on the draft pics. Theres a whole team involved in draft analysis and angreement of who to draft including "AI created draft reports". Telesco Should be fired because of Minshew and Getsy. Didn't the almighty Telesco do his homework on those two? How about Wilkins sucking up a chunk cap space then plays 4 games. He will never play at the level he did while in Miami. Wilkins is now one year older with a serious injury what a waste. Maybe thats why Miami didn't franchise or offer a contract to Wilkins he wasn't worth it. Telesco let Adams throw a fit and fake an injury just so he can get traded to the Jets and lose there with his buddy Rodgers. They should have answered the Jets in the offseason to trade Adams when he was worth way more before the season started. Telesco is a joke. Mark Davis needs to grow a pair and hire Mike Mayock or Champ Kelly back.

30. It’s not if but when AP loses his head coaching job. He doesn’t have what it takes to be a head coach. He was partly hired for the position because he showed to be a great motivator at the end of last season. Since then he seems to have fizzled out and he looks like he has lost the team and it shows. 34. Telesco screwed over AP by hiring Menshew and forcing AP to start him, I really don't believe it was AP's decision. Now AP is likely out after this season, because Telesco meddled in the coaches job, and now AP is going to get his revenge by winning his last 3 games. Telesco screwed over AP, now AP is going to screw over Telesco's draft pick.

35. The Raiders could have rested their starters. I was on Tankathon and you guys were No.1 going into that Jaguars game. Antonio Pierce committed career suicide. It's gonna cost the Raiders now.
