  1. The Broncos loss can easily be attributed to one person. The head man, Sean Payton.

All game long, Denver could not solve a Cincy defense that had experienced more lows than they had highs. How TF did Denver only score 3 in the 1st half against a not-that-great defense? Yes…the Bengals should have had more points (had the Bengals HC not risked it twice on 4th down), but it should have been a Denver loss by double-digits, and without overtime. The TOP stands out more than anything. Being dominated by 15 more minutes to Cincy meant the defense didn't do its part…and some of those are due to the boneheaded mistakes at crucial moments. Tee Higgins went off that day, and they couldn't contain Ja'Marr Chase in the 2nd half. The difference was that Sean's decisions at times, were brash, but completely the wrong decision to both not for 2, and pick the most awful playcalling to happen in overtime.

With this coming down to KC at home, this could be, for all intensive purposes, where the stakes are at its highest. A loss there would mean the fans will question Sean for some of his decision-making and how it kinda cost them a playoff spot.

  2. The overtime play calls are all on Sean, but the game was on VJ they didn't force a punt until overtime. We were lucky to be going into half down 7-3 with a chase drop TD and them going for it on 4th.
