Bo is the guy, not just the guy but the guy with a super high ceiling, well beyond what was sold to us. No matter what, the future's brightness could blind Helen Keller
No vj cannot fix it
VJ seems not able to adjust his defence
They can seem confident all they want. They need to go out and do it
Boy Howdy, Cec doesn't sound like RFK Jr. anymore….& Mase back from Cincy. The slump is over time to make hay.
WIN!
The Broncos loss can easily be attributed to one person. The head man, Sean Payton.
All game long, Denver could not solve a Cincy defense that had experienced more lows than they had highs. How TF did Denver only score 3 in the 1st half against a not-that-great defense? Yes…the Bengals should have had more points (had the Bengals HC not risked it twice on 4th down), but it should have been a Denver loss by double-digits, and without overtime. The TOP stands out more than anything. Being dominated by 15 more minutes to Cincy meant the defense didn't do its part…and some of those are due to the boneheaded mistakes at crucial moments. Tee Higgins went off that day, and they couldn't contain Ja'Marr Chase in the 2nd half. The difference was that Sean's decisions at times, were brash, but completely the wrong decision to both not for 2, and pick the most awful playcalling to happen in overtime.
With this coming down to KC at home, this could be, for all intensive purposes, where the stakes are at its highest. A loss there would mean the fans will question Sean for some of his decision-making and how it kinda cost them a playoff spot.
one false step in the red zone has severe criticism consequences
We have 2, maybe 3 dpoy nominees yet our defense has been getting blasted for the past month 🤔 I wanna hear from VJ more
The overtime play calls are all on Sean, but the game was on VJ they didn't force a punt until overtime. We were lucky to be going into half down 7-3 with a chase drop TD and them going for it on 4th.
I'm just going to take a wild swing and guess that Payton isn't going to be so conservative against the Chiefs. It's either win or go onto the off-season.
So they figured out VJs defense? Or is it something else?
